Description

A refreshing cranberry tea perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Boiling Water
  • 2 bags Black Tea Bags
  • 4 whole Whole Cloves
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 4 cups Pure Cranberry Juice
  • 1 cup Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
  • ¼ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • Fresh or Frozen Cranberries (Optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil. Add 2 black tea bags, 4 whole cloves, and ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon. Let steep for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and spices using a slotted spoon. Whisk in 1 cup of granulated sugar until fully dissolved.
  3. In a 2-quart pitcher, combine 4 cups of cranberry juice, 1 cup of orange juice concentrate, and ¼ cup of lemon juice. Pour in the brewed tea mixture and stir well.
  4. Refrigerate if not serving immediately, or dilute with 10 cups of cold water to serve. Garnish with cranberries if desired.
