- 2 tbsp taco seasoning

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack, and taco seasoning. Mix until fully combined.
- Fold in chopped green onions.
- Shape mixture into a ball using plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm.
- Roll chilled cheese ball in chopped bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
