Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz pepperoni slices (or your choice of meats/veggies)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle (12×16 inches) on a floured surface.
  3. Layer shredded mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and Italian seasoning on the dough, leaving 1 inch around the edges.
  4. Tightly roll up the dough from one end to the other, sealing it well.
  5. Pinch the ends shut and place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cut slits on top for steam.
  6. Brush the top with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
