A delicious teriyaki stir-fry featuring firm tofu, perfect for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
- to taste sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Press and cube the tofu.
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Pour sauce over tofu and stir to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to press the tofu well to remove excess moisture for better browning.
- This dish can be served with rice or noodles.
