- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 medium red potatoes, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup onions, caramelized
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- ½ cup sliced pickles (optional)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce (optional)
Instructions
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F and cook potatoes for 16 to 18 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crispy.
- While potatoes cook, heat a skillet over medium heat with a little olive oil.
- Add onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes until soft and caramelized. Remove and set aside.
- Increase skillet heat to medium-high, add ground beef, and smash it into the pan.
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and Cajun seasoning until smooth.
- Assemble bowls by layering potatoes, beef, caramelized onions, and shredded cheese.
- Drizzle with sauce and finish with optional pickles and lettuce.
