- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar (optional)

- Place 1–1 tablespoons of filling in the center of each dough circle. Fold over and seal edges with a fork.

Notes
- Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying for a crispy crust.
- You can adjust the sugar according to your taste preference.
