Description
A delicious creamy beef and spaghetti bake that the whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients

- 16 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce to the beef and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, ricotta, and sour cream until smooth.
- Place butter slices on the bottom of the baking dish. Add half the spaghetti.
- Spread the entire cheese mixture over the spaghetti.
- Layer with half the meat sauce. Add remaining spaghetti and top with the rest of the sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15–20 minutes until cheese is golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with parsley if desired.
Notes
- This dish is perfect for leftovers and can be frozen for later meals.
