Instructions

- Blend softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
- Add strawberries, erythritol, and vanilla extract. Blend again until fully combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- If using almond flour, fold it into the mixture for texture.
- Use a small cookie scoop to form balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until set.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freeze for later.
