Delicious chocolate marshmallow treats made with Golden Grahams cereal, perfect for a sweet snack!
Ingredients

- 6 cups miniature marshmallows (divided)
- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 cups Golden Grahams cereal
Instructions
- Butter a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine 5 cups of the marshmallows, the chocolate chips, corn syrup, butter and vanilla.
- Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30-40 seconds, until melted and smooth.
- Add in the cereal and stir to coat.
- Stir in the remaining 1 cup of marshmallows.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Let it stand at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Make sure to stir frequently while microwaving to avoid burning.
- You can store these treats in an airtight container for up to a week.
