Description

This creamy honey mustard sauce is perfect for sandwiches, salads, and dips.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup lite mayonnaise (you may use mayo with avocado oil)
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (or white distilled vinegar)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients (1/2 cup lite mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons yellow mustard, ¼ cup honey, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, 1/8 teaspoon paprika, and ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper if using).
  2. Using a small whisk or a spoon, whisk or mix everything together until combined.
  3. Place the sauce in a bowl to serve, or in a lidded jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • This sauce can also be used as a dip for veggies or chicken strips.
  • Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper to taste for more or less heat.
