- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
Instructions
- Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and preheat skillet over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil.
- Add chicken to the marinade and coat well; let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in the skillet and sauté marinated chicken until golden brown (7-10 minutes).
- Stir in chopped green onions and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Serve over rice or noodles, drizzling any remaining sauce on top.
