Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp black tea (loose leaf or 2 tea bags)
- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp sweetener (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat water in a saucepan until just below boiling.
- Add tea and steep for 3–5 minutes, then strain.
- Return brewed tea to saucepan and add milk.
- Warm gently over low heat without boiling.
- Stir in vanilla extract and sweetener.
- Heat until steaming, then pour into mugs and serve.
Notes
- Adjust sweetener according to taste.
- For a dairy-free option, use any non-dairy milk alternative.
