Description

A creamy and cheesy chicken spaghetti bake that’s easy to prepare and perfect for the whole family.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk or chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Olive oil or butter for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted water until slightly under al dente. Drain and toss with a little olive oil.
  2. Sauté chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté onions, bell peppers, and garlic until softened.
  4. Add cream soups and milk/broth to the skillet, simmer until smooth.
  5. Return chicken to skillet, fold in cooked spaghetti and most of the cheese.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle remaining cheese, and bake at 350°F for 15–20 minutes if desired.
  7. Let sit for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, increase the amount of cayenne pepper.
  • This dish can be prepared ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
