Description

A delightful combination of goat cheese, honeycrisp apples, and nuts served on sturdy crackers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 ounces goat cheese
  • 2 honeycrisp apples (thinly sliced)
  • Honey (for drizzling)
  • ¼ cup glazed walnuts or pecans
  • Fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 1 pkg large crackers (make sure they are sturdy)

Instructions

  1. Lay crackers on a platter or a board.
  2. Even distribute goat cheese on top of each cracker by spreading it with a knife.
  3. Layer thinly sliced apple on top of the cheese. TIP: I use a mandolin to make them really thin.
  4. Drizzle the cheese and apples with honey.
  5. Lightly sprinkle the chopped nuts and finely chopped rosemary on top (they will stick to the honey).
  6. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Using a mandolin will ensure the apple slices are thin.
  • Choose sturdy crackers to hold the toppings well.
