Description
A quick and easy air fryer omelet recipe loaded with cheese.
Ingredients

- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoons whole milk or cream
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 cup grated cheese, plus more for topping (cheddar / mozzarella / Mexican blend)
Instructions
- Add eggs, milk or cream, salt and pepper into a medium bowl and whisk well using a fork or metal whisk until frothy and well combined. Mix in about half the cheese.
- Grease a 6-inch round cake pan with cooking spray and pour the prepared egg mixture into it. Sprinkle more cheese on top, if desired.
- Preheat air fryer to 310°F for 8 minutes.
- When hot, place the pan into the air fryer basket and cook until just set or no longer liquidy.
- Place the pan on a wire rack to cool for a minute. Run a rubber spatula or butter knife around the edges to loosen the omelet, then gently slide it onto a serving plate. Top with your favorite toppings and serve!
