Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 egg (large)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and let activate until foamy.
- Add butter, egg, and salt, then gradually mix in flour until a soft dough forms.
- Knead dough until smooth and elastic, about 8–10 minutes.
- Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 60–90 minutes.
- Divide dough into equal portions and shape into rolls.
- Let rolls rise again until puffy, about 30–40 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes until golden.
- Brush hot rolls with garlic butter and parsley before serving.
Notes
- For best results, ensure the milk is warm but not hot to activate the yeast.
- Allow the rolls to cool slightly before brushing with garlic butter for the best flavor.
