Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped green peppers (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Press the crust along the bottom and sides. Trim any excess crust.

Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes until slightly golden. Set aside to cool.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
