Description
Delicious cheesy biscuit bombs, perfect for a warm snack or appetizer!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers biscuits (8-count)
- 8 cubes mozzarella cheese (about 1-inch each)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (fresh or dried)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the biscuits: Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly using your hands or the back of a spoon.
- Add the cheese: Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges up and over the cheese, pinching the dough tightly to seal and form a ball.
- Place on baking sheet: Arrange the sealed biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
- Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Brush before baking: Generously brush each biscuit ball with the garlic butter mixture.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the biscuits are puffed up.
- Final brush: As soon as they come out of the oven, brush them again with any remaining garlic butter for extra flavor.
- Serve warm: The cheese is best enjoyed gooey and hot, straight from the oven.
Notes
- For additional flavor, consider adding other herbs or spices to the garlic butter.
- These biscuit bombs can be served with marinara sauce for dipping.
