Description

Delicious cheesy biscuit bombs, perfect for a warm snack or appetizer!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers biscuits (8-count)
  • 8 cubes mozzarella cheese (about 1-inch each)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (fresh or dried)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the biscuits: Open the can of Pillsbury biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit slightly using your hands or the back of a spoon.
  3. Add the cheese: Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges up and over the cheese, pinching the dough tightly to seal and form a ball.
  4. Place on baking sheet: Arrange the sealed biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  5. Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  6. Brush before baking: Generously brush each biscuit ball with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the biscuits are puffed up.
  8. Final brush: As soon as they come out of the oven, brush them again with any remaining garlic butter for extra flavor.
  9. Serve warm: The cheese is best enjoyed gooey and hot, straight from the oven.

Notes

  • For additional flavor, consider adding other herbs or spices to the garlic butter.
  • These biscuit bombs can be served with marinara sauce for dipping.
