- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs, room temperature

- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in cranberries and pistachios gently.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown on top; let cool before cutting into squares.
