- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, milk, eggs, maple syrup, and cinnamon to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top and set in the center.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm with additional banana slices or maple syrup if desired.
