- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and chopped
- 3 tbsp truffle oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray an oven-safe baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and garlic powder until heated through but not boiling. Add chopped brie cheese and stir until melted.
- Mix cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce until well coated. Drizzle in truffle oil and sprinkle in Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, topping with additional Parmesan if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving; drizzle with extra truffle oil if desired.
