Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and chopped
  • 3 tbsp truffle oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray an oven-safe baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine heavy cream and garlic powder until heated through but not boiling. Add chopped brie cheese and stir until melted.
  4. Mix cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce until well coated. Drizzle in truffle oil and sprinkle in Parmesan cheese.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, topping with additional Parmesan if desired.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
