A creamy and flavorful dill pickle mayonnaise great for seafood, veggies, or sandwiches.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chopped capers (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Finely chop the dill pickles, fresh dill, and capers (if using).
- In a medium bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise.
- Stir in chopped pickles, dill, mustard, lemon juice, and capers.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
- Taste and adjust seasoning before serving. Enjoy with seafood, veggies, or sandwiches.
