Description

A creamy and flavorful dill pickle mayonnaise great for seafood, veggies, or sandwiches.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped capers (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the dill pickles, fresh dill, and capers (if using).
  2. In a medium bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise.
  3. Stir in chopped pickles, dill, mustard, lemon juice, and capers.
  4. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
