A delicious creamy peanut sauce perfect for dipping or drizzling on your favorite dishes.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 to 2 teaspoons sriracha or chili garlic sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup warm water
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients in advance by mincing garlic, grating ginger, and measuring out sauces and peanut butter.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, and sesame oil. Stir until smooth.
- Add in the garlic, ginger, and desired amount of sriracha or chili garlic sauce. Mix well.
- Gradually add warm water, whisking constantly, until desired consistency is achieved.
- Taste and adjust with more lime, sweetener, or spice as needed.
- Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to one week in an airtight container.
Notes
- This sauce can be used as a dip, dressing, or drizzle over stir-fried vegetables and noodles.
- For a spicier sauce, add more sriracha or chili garlic sauce.
