Description

A delicious and creamy buffalo chicken dip that’s perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 8 ounces cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup light ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, buffalo hot sauce, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes, then garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
