- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 8 ounces cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup light ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, buffalo hot sauce, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 minutes, then garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- This dip can be served with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or bread.
- Feel free to adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
