Description

Delicious pepperoni rolls wrapped in flaky puff pastry, perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup sliced pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: grated Parmesan, crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the pastry.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella, then add pepperoni slices.
  5. Season with Italian herbs and garlic powder.
  6. Roll tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch rolls.
  7. Place rolls cut-side up on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and flaky.
  10. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
