- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce or marinara
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
- ½ teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional: grated Parmesan, crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle mozzarella, then add pepperoni slices.
- Season with Italian herbs and garlic powder.
- Roll tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch rolls.
- Place rolls cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and flaky.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
