- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place it cut side up on a baking sheet.
- Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over each half of the bread.
- Generously top with mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly with golden brown edges.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before slicing into pieces.
