Instructions
- Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.
- While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop it into a bowl. Mash lightly with a fork, adding lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Once the toast is ready, spread mashed avocado generously on each slice.
- If desired, top one slice with a cooked egg and any additional toppings before closing the sandwich.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
