Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- In another bowl, pour the buttermilk.
- Dredge the Chicken:
- Dip each chicken tender in the flour mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Shake off any excess flour, then dip the tender into the buttermilk.
- Return the tender to the flour mixture and coat again. This double coating ensures extra crispiness.
- Frying:
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large skillet to about 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully place the chicken tenders in the hot oil, avoiding overcrowding.
- Fry for about 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, until the coating is golden brown and the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Buffalo Sauce Coating:
- In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Toss the crispy chicken tenders in the buffalo sauce mixture until well coated.
