Prepare the Cream Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Use an electric mixer to beat until the mixture is smooth and forms soft peaks.

Prepare the Raspberry Layer:
- In a shallow dish, combine raspberry juice or syrup with raspberry liqueur (if using).

Assemble the Tiramisu:
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger biscuit into the raspberry mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Scatter a layer of fresh raspberries over the cream.
- Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers, followed by the remaining cream mixture and raspberries.

- Cover the dish with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
