- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 strips of bacon
- 400g rotini pasta (or any pasta of choice)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and let rest before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook the Bacon: In the same skillet, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease. Once cooled, crumble the bacon.
- Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Cream Sauce: In the skillet with residual bacon fat, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring well to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Stir in sliced chicken and crumbled bacon. Add chopped parsley and mix.
- Serve: Transfer the pasta to a serving dish. Garnish with cheddar cheese and additional parsley if desired.
