Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot. Add the linguine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the chicken pieces, seasoning with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder. Cook until the chicken is golden and no longer pink, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low. Add the remaining butter to the skillet. Stir in the minced garlic, dried thyme, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta with the buttery sauce and chicken.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Remove from heat. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with grated Parmesan cheese on the side.
Notes
- This dish is best served fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- For a lighter option, substitute the butter with olive oil.
