Description

Delicious roasted cauliflower with garlic and Parmesan.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower (trimmed and cut into florets)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Combine the cauliflower and garlic in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly coated.
  3. Transfer cauliflower to a large rimmed baking sheet and spread into a single layer.
  4. Roast for 15 minutes. Then carefully stir the cauliflower around, and roast for another 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm with your favorite meals.
