Delicious roasted cauliflower with garlic and Parmesan.
Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower (trimmed and cut into florets)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Combine the cauliflower and garlic in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer cauliflower to a large rimmed baking sheet and spread into a single layer.
- Roast for 15 minutes. Then carefully stir the cauliflower around, and roast for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm with your favorite meals.
Notes
- For a bit of heat, consider adding red pepper flakes before roasting.
- This dish pairs well with grilled meats or as a standalone vegan option.
