- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed

- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1/4 cup crispy fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine Ingredients: Add shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cooked rice, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese to the sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Assemble Casserole: Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the casserole.
- Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs or crushed crackers with melted butter until thoroughly coated.
- Add Toppings: Evenly distribute the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the casserole. Optionally, sprinkle crispy fried onions on top for extra crunch.
- Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
