- 2 cups heavy cream

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously.
- Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Simmer gently for 5–6 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley if using, and serve immediately.
