- 1 1/2 pounds Baby Potatoes (cleaned and quartered)
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the potatoes in a large bowl.
- Top with the oil and the seasonings.
- Toss to thoroughly coat the potatoes with the oil and the seasonings evenly.
- Place the potatoes in a single layer in your air fryer. You might have to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway, until the potatoes are browned and tender.
- Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!

- For extra crispiness, shake the basket halfway through cooking.
