Description

Deliciously crispy air fryer baby potatoes seasoned to perfection, perfect as a side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Baby Potatoes (cleaned and quartered)
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the potatoes in a large bowl.
  3. Top with the oil and the seasonings.
  4. Toss to thoroughly coat the potatoes with the oil and the seasonings evenly.
  5. Place the potatoes in a single layer in your air fryer. You might have to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  6. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway, until the potatoes are browned and tender.
  7. Serve immediately while warm and enjoy!
