Description

Delicious little smokies coated in BBQ sauce and caramelized to perfection in the air fryer.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz packages little smokies (cocktail sausages)
  • ½ cup of your favorite BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Spray your air fryer tray with cooking spray.
  2. Add the little smokies to your air fryer tray and cook at 350F on the air fry setting for 7-8 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  3. In a medium sized bowl, add the cooked smokies, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and seasoning and toss to coat.
  4. Return the coated smokies to the air fryer to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
  5. Remove the smokies from the air fryer and serve with toothpicks, enjoy!
